So today was kit check and briefing day! 
The lead guide came to check we had everything we needed and then gathered the group together to give us our general briefing. 
The mountain has, so far, been hiding from us behind the clouds, but maybe it’s a good thing to not see it’s enormity before setting off? 

So, the kit is packed, the daypacks are prepared & all that’s left now is to retire for a good nights sleep to tackle that shy mound of a hill tomorrow!
